Endless yard sale
ENDLESS YARD SALE is an annual HGTV special that documents the World’s Longest Yard Sale held every August along the US 127 corridor. The 2008 edition was held the weekend of August 7-10 along the 630 mile stretch of US 127 between Defiance, Ohio and Gadsden, Alabama. The sale is organized by the Jamestown, Tennessee, Fentress County Chamber of Commerce and is the biggest and best event of its kind in the world.
Tonight on HGTV tonight will be the first episode of
“The Endless Yardsale”
It’s an event that I had heard of a few years ago. It supposedly goes for 400 miles. Don’t quote me on that.
It starts at 8 PM so for anyone who loves collecting, architectural salvaging and junking this should be a treat to watch and if it’s somewhere you’ve always wanted to go then this will be a way of knowing if you’d like to come down to Highway 127 (I don’t even know where that is)
It’s a junking roadtrip to the max!!!!
